My ten year anniversary was quickly approaching and I had an idea of what I wanted, but needed assistance in locating a quality three-stone diamond ring.  A friend told me about Diamonds Direct, so my wife and I decided to pay them a visit.  Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by a gentlemen, who took an immediate interest in our needs and quickly showed us several ideal rings, one of which was perfect.  Even though several other customers were waiting to be helped by (our sales associate), he took all the time we needed in order to help us narrow down our choices.  I quickly realized that (our sales associate) was not only was an expert in his field, but was a warm, sincere person...not like the usual "make the sale and move to the next customer" salesman you typically see in a jewelry store.  While taking a break from looking at rings, a newly engaged couple sat beside us and began looking at rings.  (He) assisted them, and during their time together, I overheard (him) guiding the couple into buying only what they could afford, not trying to "sell up" and influence the young couple to buy something they couldn't afford. I've researched three-stone rings for several months and taking into account diamond quality and price, (the) company can't be beaten, even by the Internet stores (
bluenile.com, diamonds.com, etc.).  I plan to visit (him) again for my 20 year anniversary and recommend you visit him as well for all of your diamond needs!  By the way, last week I took the ring I purchased to an outside gemologist and it appraised at twice the sales price!

"Initially, I was caught in the typical turmoil around the Holiday Season looking to find a quality piece of jewelry, at a comparable price, but still somehow be able to walk away feeling like "No one else in our circle has this".  Naive at the time to diamond color and characteristics, I ventured into Diamonds Direct Crabtree.  Aesthetically, the showroom was a breath taking display of the business's lineage, security measures confirmed the authenticity of the pieces being showcased, and the attitude everyone had about servicing me as a customer was above and beyond. I can easily validate Diamonds Direct as "The Creme De'La Creme of Diamond Boutiques"  in North Carolina hands down. I was treated like I mattered enough to follow up with, as they did indeed.  I found a setting that was remarkable. This treatment alone sold me on the store for future purchases because (they) never dismissed my business nor treated me as a spectator. Heck, I even brought my mother by to see the ring I was paying towards and we wound up having a ball playing dress up, if you will, before we left.  That was unexpected on our behalf and unselfish of Diamonds Direct, mother will always remember that day without having an actual purchase, who else would care to be that  personable?  I wasn't purchasing the biggest ring in the showcase so why'd it matter to them?  Because they are real people, with real feelings, and carry REAL diamonds, of a quality un-rivaled.  That's why I made my investment....you guys gave me the courage to stay in the store, not be intimidated, pick a piece and see how we could work together.  I truly love you guys and we are to be happily married next March of 2010.  God Bless You Guys and I will always be an Ambassador for Diamonds Direct Crabtree."

"My experience at Diamonds Direct was terrific. I heard about the new store opening near Crabtree Mall from a friend so I had to come in and see for myself. I went in without any intention of making a purchase only to look around but then I met (a sales consultant). He offered me something to drink and to clean my rings…Then I saw it. The most beautiful pave diamond ring I had ever seen so I asked him if I could see it. He spent at least about an hour with me not only showing me different rings but explaining the background and history of the company. Not at any time did I feel pressure to make a purchase so I did not. Then days later after thinking about it I decided I really wanted that ring. I called to say I was coming in. He put the ring on hold…I had to have the ring sized so they did it for me right on the spot. The jeweler, who sized the ring, came out more than once to check the sizing. He was so nice and friendly. Again, just another compliment to the store. I was so impressed with my experience that I told two girlfriends about the store and the service that I received. One couple went in and were looking for diamond earrings. They bought them and even had her diamond engagement ring set in a new mounting. After leaving the store they commented that they had wished that the store was open when they bought their engagement ring. They know they overpaid at the jewelry store where they originally bought it. Then another friend went… she and her fiancé' are beginning to look at engagement rings. A sales consultant spent about 1 1/2 hours with her and took down what she liked so now there is a record of her choice when her fiancé' comes back in to make the purchase.
